What phase of the Pectus journey are you in?
Pre-op
(3-months prior to surgery)

If you are preparing to have surgery and you are roughly 3-months out from the procedure, this is the perfect place to start.

We will focus on building up full body strength, increasing lean mass, developing proper nutritional habits, and cultivating mindfulness to help deal with discomfort and recovery. You will be going into surgery in great shape, which will have massive carryover to your recovery time.



Post-op
(just had surgery)

If you just recently had surgery or you are scheduled to have it within the next couple weeks, this is the place to start.

We will begin by working within the physical limitations imposed by the first 3-months of surgery recovery and create a nutritional plan built around maintaining lean muscle mass. We will use mindfulness meditation techniques to help deal with discomfort and aid in recovery.



Post-Limitations
(4 or more months post-op)

If you have been fully cleared to resume regular physical activity post-surgery, this is the place to start.

We will focus on rebuilding you from the ground up, working around pain points caused by the bars and ensuring that we have  plan in place to make you stronger than you've ever been before. Nutrition will be dialed in to aid in muscle growth and mindfulness meditation techniques will be used to accelerate recovery and deal with discomfort.
